Can't believe I started this a year ago, and just let it go! Now I want to use it as my "Running Journal!"
I just began my third week into the 12 week program outlined in the book published by "Runners World" magazine. The book is "Run Your Butt Off; No Experience Necessary."
Changes so far...lots more strength, especially in my legs and my back...sleeping really soundly...a heightened appreciation of being outside.
I am happily surprised that, at 63 (will be 64 in Sept.) I am doing this, and loving it!!
